Course Overview
Drawing is a natural and enjoyable activity for children, sparking creativity while developing essential skills. This comic drawing camp introduces young artists to the fundamentals of storytelling through illustrations, helping them bring their ideas to life on paper.
Course Content
Students will explore character design, facial expressions, and action poses, while learning how to create dynamic comic panels and sequences. They will also experiment with different styles, inking techniques, and speech bubbles to enhance their storytelling.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the camp, students will develop fine motor skills, improve hand-eye coordination, and enhance their ability to visually analyse and concentrate. They will also gain confidence in expressing their creativity through structured comic storytelling.
Teaching Methods
The camp combines guided step-by-step instruction, hands-on practice, and creative exercises. Students will receive individual feedback and engage in fun challenges to refine their drawing skills while developing their own unique comic characters and stories.
